We offer barndominium kits in conventional wood frame with metal siding and metal roofing, full metal building homes and post frame (aka pole barn). Our wood trusses and wood/steel conventional packages are currently the most economical way to build a barndominium.ย
Pole barn kitsย are gaining popularity but stick-built barndominium kits are more popular since builders are more familiar with conventional framing methods. Metal building kits are popular but it’s quite a bit harder to find metal building erectors to travel to all states. And because of priceย metal building kitsย have lost a little luster recently.

WHAT DOES A BARNDOMINIUM COST FOR YOUR STATE ?
I really wish there was a quick and easy answer to this question but the truth is there are a lot of factors that go into pricing out a home. BuildMax can help you get started but a General Contractor will need to give you a turn key price. Our packages start at $18.00* a sq ft to $29.00* depending on the design, wind/snow load and distance from the factory. Some of our building kits come with windows and doors while our steel packages are only available as a shell kit.
