"Pay over Time" An easy way to buy custom house plans.
BuildMax is working on a program with Affirm to offer a way to Buy Now and Pay Later. This options will allow you to get your house plans now and pay over a 12-24 month period. The advantages to buying now even if you do not plan to build for a couple years is you can get started on planning. Planning a house build takes time and the longer you have to plan the bigger savings you can realize.
