The Viers Farmhouse gives you the option to build small or as large as you want. Starting at 1176 sq ft or the 3 bedroom 1600 to 2500 sq ft plan. If you plan to build small we like to refer to this plan as a Hybrid Tiny house with an attitude. The house thinks it’s bigger than it really is.
