Barndominium CAD Files
We sell CAD files for $750 and provide you and your architect or engineer with a one-time build license. In some cases your local building department may require your barndominium plans to have an engineer stamp. In this case you will need to hire a local engineer which will need our CAD files to make any required changes.

Foundation and Building Methods
Our plans are designed as conventional wood framing 16″ O.C. We can modify our plans for post frame and steel if needed. All BuildMax plans are designed on a monolithic slab foundation but can be modified for a crawl space or basement.
